Meet Our Team

Our department serves as a hub for faculty and scholars engaged in research and teaching across related disciplines of Politics, Governance, and Economics. Led by a department chair, we also have a dedicated Director of Graduate Studies and an Undergraduate Faculty Coordinator who oversee and support our academic programs. Our department is supported by a professional administrative and programmatic team, ensuring efficient operations and services.

We also collaborate with affiliated faculty, scholars, and adjunct instructors to enhance our teaching and research capabilities, fostering a vibrant intellectual community. PGE administers the GGPS and GGPS:QEM programs for graduate students. Our faculty members, affiliated faculty, and adjunct instructors teach these courses. Additionally, our department supports the Global Economy (GE) and Global and Comparative Governance (GCG) thematic areas, and offers undergraduate regional courses, providing students with a deeper understanding of specific geographic regions and their role in the interconnected world.
