All levels are welcomed to any of our classes! Open to all AU faculty and staff.
Total Body Circuit: A full body workout that is designed to strengthen and tone your whole body! This class will challenge you through bursts of body weight movements and cardiovascular training. All levels are welcome and will leave feeling accomplished and empowered to take on the day.
Pre-Hab: Core and Stretch: Learn exercises that help prevent injury. Practice movements that strengthen smaller muscle groups and complete mobility work to keep joints moving smoothly for all types of activities. Great for first-time exercisers and those trying to prevent pain.
Due to the limited space and safety protocols, we implemented a registration process for all AhealthyU faculty and staff group fitness classes held at Jacobs and Congressional facilities.
Registration for each class is required and opens one week in advance. Learn how to get started. Bookmark the registration page and sign up to reserve a spot.
Check back regularly if the class is full, in case any spots open. Please remember to cancel your registration if you can no longer attend. You can register up to 30 minutes before the start of class. We hope to see you there!

We're excited to announce that beginning August 29, 2022, all AhealthyU fitness classes are available to faculty and staff at no-cost to you. AhealthyU covers the cost of their fitness classes to support your wellness goals.
Please note the complimentary classes only apply to the AhealthyU group fitness classes listed. Additional RecFit Classes do require payment and/or a RecFit membership. Learn how to become a RecFit member!
*$5 drop-in fee waived for all AhealthyU group exercise classes compliments of AhealthyU. AU ID is required to attend fitness classes.
