1Points for noted activity are awarded one time only during each semester.
2 Refer to the activity website for full details on participation requirements and the list of qualifying events in AhealthyU's Wellness Mondays email. For activities not sponsored by AhealthyU, the partnering department is the contact and responsible party.
3 Maximum points per week = 4. Eligible activities include in-person AhealthyU group exercise classes, exercise classes completed outside of work, and intentional exercise done at a gym for 30 minutes or more. Walking outside does not count toward points, but is still highly encouraged.
