PIJIP Director Sean Flynn and Post-Doctoral Researcher and Michael Palmedo presented research on copyright limitations at two academic conferences focused on law and economics. 

Each participated in the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Society for Economic Research on Copyright Issues the University of Colorado in Boulder, and at the 2022 Annual Conference of the European Policy for Intellectual Property at Cambridge University in the  UK.

Professor Flynn presented the “Research exceptions in comparative copyright law." Palmedo presented "The Impact of Copyright Exceptions for Researchers on Scholarly Output," and "A Novel Dataset Measuring Change in Copyright Exceptions."
