Lena Saltos ('10)
Lèna Saltos is the Deputy General Counsel at The Museum of Modern Art, where she is responsible for overseeing an array of museum-related matters.
Previously, she was the Associate General Counsel, Global Director of Intellectual Property at Urban Outfitters, Inc. (“URBN”), where she was responsible for managing all intellectual property, licensing, advertising, and social media matters for all of URBN's brands. Prior to URBN, Lèna was a Senior Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP where she focused on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property law and represented a wide range of clients in the financial, art, and fashion industries.
Active in the intellectual property bar, she previously served as a trustee of the Copyright Society and is a member of the NYCBA Fashion Law Committee. Lèna speaks publicly and publishes articles on topics related to intellectual property law and policy as they relate to retail and the international art market.
