The Human Rights Brief’s Sub-Saharan Africa section provides scholarship related to human rights developments across the the sub-saharan region.  Brief articles may take legal, academic, practical and/or policy perspectives, and may cover issues related to relevant cases, legislation, and regional and international treaties concerning human rights issues of the region.
