Bio
Professor Roe is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. As part of Orrick’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Business Unit, she has experience in both international investment and commercial arbitrations, as well as complex litigations before US administrative agencies and courts. Her practice has largely focused on the energy, mining, and aerospace sectors.
Professor Roe is a rare triple Eagle. After attending American University for her undergraduate degree and AIWCL for her JD, she now serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at WCL, teaching a course on International Commercial Arbitration Advocacy for the benefit of students competing in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. In parallel with that course, she has acted as Co-Coach of the American University Team since 2022 and remains a dedicated alumna of WCL’s Moot Court Honor Society.
