Natallia is a SJD candidate at American University Washington College of Law. Her doctoral research focuses on the institute of public participation and explores its role in the rule of law and governance through the prism of foreign aid effectiveness.

Natallia has been working at the World Bank, UN Secretariat, UNDP, civil society, and academia. As a Head of Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Belarus, she drafted the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2021-2025, coordinated system wide data management, monitoring, and reporting. Natallia also led the Governance portfolio at the UN Development Programme in Belarus, where she created programs on access to justice and rule of law, ensured strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, and project implementation. In addition, she served as a Senior Lecturer at Belarusian State University, where she taught Refugee Law, Human Rights, and Non-Discrimination. Natalliaholds LL.M. in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, master’s degree in Law, Economics, and Management from the University of Bordeaux, master’s and bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Belarusian State University. Natallia is an alumnus of Hubert H. Humphrey Fulbright Fellowship, and she is fluent in Belarusian, Russian, and French.
