Roberta Miceli, Consultant

Roberta Miceli is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions. She’s worked with a wide variety of companies and agencies ranging from state and federal government to non-profit organizations. Focused on education, she worked in policy and program development for both the U.S. Department of Education and the Virginia Department of Education.

As the founder of Miceli Leadership Coaching, she takes a unique approach to leadership coaching, creating one-on-one, custom-tailored partnerships with each client. She is a highly sought after leadership coach with individuals, corporations, agencies and non-profits.

Miceli earned a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University. She also has executive education certificates from Georgetown University, Harvard Kennedy School, and the University of Virginia.
