Kim Alfano, Founder, Alfano Communications

Alfano last spoke on advertising and creative in March 2020. She has been creating narratives that help candidates reach constituents in a real and personal way for the last 30 years. Straight out of college, Alfano developed her approach to political communications, connecting positions and policies with voters at a more visceral, emotional level. Some of her recent success stories include Governor Mitch Daniels (R-IN), Governor Terry Branstad (R-IA), and The American Federation for Children.

In the early 1990s Alfano ran Communications for the National Republican Congressional Committee. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Journalism from American University.
