Ellen Walter, Founder, The Walter Group

Ellen Walter has over 30 years of political experience working on campaigns, in three Congressional offices and in two different administrations at the White House. She is currently a senior advisor at Winning with Women Voters, a consulting firm that helps candidates and campaigns reach and engage female voters. She was recently a Senior Advisor to Glenn Youngkin through his primary and general elections to the Governor of Virginia. She was also an advisor to Ladies for Laxalt. Walter's strengths in strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving support her mission to advance the interests and voices of women in the political arena. 

Walter eanred a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Hollins College. She last spoke about Grass Roots and Field operations to WeLead in April 2023.
