I am writing to inform you that Doug Kudravetz will serve as Interim CFO, Vice President and Treasurer.

Doug has functioned in this capacity since the passing of our colleague Don Myers and is eminently qualified to carry out these important responsibilities. He has served as Associate Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for a number of years.

At the appropriate time I will confer with the Board of Trustees and engage in consultations regarding plans for filling this key position on a permanent basis. Until then, I know that everyone will support Doug in this important work. Thank you.
