A small, attempted fire involving a Palestinian flag occurred on the public sidewalk along Nebraska Avenue on Friday afternoon. It did not occur on university property, and we do not have information about who was involved.

AU rejects divisive acts like this, which cause pain for members of our community. We are focused on bringing our community together in unity, support for one another, and learning. Campus support services are available to all community members who may be affected by this event.
