Dear Colleagues,  

We are writing today to share instructions for how to sign up for a Faculty and Staff meal plan for the fall 2023 semester. Full-time faculty and staff members may sign up and pay by payroll deduction, check, or credit or debit card. Part-time staff and faculty may pay by check, credit, or debit card. Instructions for each are below.   

Pay by Payroll Deduction   

Payroll deduction is available for full-time faculty and staff members. If you elect to pay via payroll deduction, you must sign up by August 30. Payroll deduction sign up is online only at https://forms.office.com/r/J9F6TbzVP0. 

Pay by Check, Credit, or Debit Card  

If you elect to pay by check, credit, or debit card, you must sign up by September 25. Payment under this method must be in full and may be done in person at the One Card Office located on the first floor of the Mary Graydon Center, room 123.
