Dear Employees,

We are excited to have processed our first monthly payroll in Workday. We would like to share instructions that will allow you to access your payment information and will help us process your pay in an accurate and timely manner going forward. 

• Access your payslip in Workday.* January 31 payslips (formerly called earning statements) can be viewed in Workday via the Benefits and Pay Hub.   
  • Employees should review their benefits and tax deductions on their January payslips and raise any questions or concerns to hrpayrollhelp@american.edu. 
  • For help reviewing your payslip, please reference the View, Read, and Print Payslips job aid or contact hrpayrollhelp@american.edu. 
• Still receiving a paper check? If so, your check was mailed to your home address on Monday, January 29.  If you don’t want to wait for mail delivery in the future, please set up direct deposit. It is the fastest way to get paid and easy to set up in Workday.
