Dear Colleagues,  

This is a final reminder to sign up for a Faculty and Staff meal plan for the fall 2023 semester. If you sign up before August 30, you will be eligible to win one of three prizes courtesy of our vendor partners: Grand Prize: Yeti Cooler Bag, Two Runner-Up Prizes: JBL Charge 5 Speakers.  

Full-time faculty and staff members may sign up and pay by payroll deduction, check, or credit or debit card. Part-time staff and faculty may pay by check, or credit or debit card. 

Pay by Payroll Deduction   

Payroll deduction is available only for full-time faculty and staff members. If you elect to pay via payroll deduction, you must sign up by August 30. Payroll deduction sign-up is available only online at https://forms.office.com/r/J9F6TbzVP0.

Pay by Check, Credit or Debit Card  

If you elect to pay by check, or credit or debit card, you must sign up by September 25. Payment under this method will be in full and can be done in person at the One Card Office located on the first floor of the Mary Graydon Center, room 123.
