Dear AU Community,

You are invited to join us for a community forum to discuss university protocols for supporting safety and enforcing policies. The session will share information with our campus community about our safety teams and approaches, how we evaluate threat assessment, partnerships with local law enforcement agencies, and protocols for de-escalation and application of university policies. The forum will be led by CFO, Vice President, and Treasurer Bronté Burleigh-Jones, Vice President of Student Affairs Raymond Ou, and Assistant VP of University Police Services, Emergency Management, and Transportation Programs Phil Morse.

We are presenting this hybrid session on Wednesday, October 30, at 3 p.m. in person in Constitution Hall and virtually via Zoom. If you are attending virtually, we ask that you submit questions in advance of the forum on the registration form. We will also reserve time for live Q&A during the session for in-person attendees.
