Campus-Wide Seasonal Switchover from Heating to Cooling

Based on the current long-term weather forecast, Facilities Management has determined that the time has come to switch our campus HVAC systems from heating to cooling. The switchover process will begin next Monday, April 11, and will continue during the subsequent work week. Bringing the building cooling systems online will not take place simultaneously due to the unique piping infrastructure of our campus and buildings. Therefore, a staged conversion will take place and be completed by Friday, April 15. At that point, all buildings will be in cooling mode. This will include all buildings across the main and off-campus locations. Please share this information.
