2017 Electronic W-2s Are Available

 The 2017 Form W-2 is now available for those who were paid by the Payroll Office during Calendar Year 2017 and who elected to receive the form electronically.

To access your Form W-2:

• Login to myAU.american.edu
• Under Personalized Links, click Work@AU
• Click “W-2 Statements” and select year 2017

Your W-2 will load in your web browser as a PDF file. If the file does not display correctly, try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Apple Safari or Google Chrome.

For those who did not opt in to receive their Form W-2 electronically, a paper version will be mailed out by the Payroll Office on January 23. If you would like to view your Form W-2 electronically, submit your consent status through the myAU Portal, by January 22:

• Login to myAU.american.edu
• Under Personalized Links, click Work@AU
• Click “W-2 Electronic Consent” 
• Select ‘OPT-IN’ and press submit 

You then can complete the steps above to access your Form W-2 online.
