- I am an interdisciplinary environmental scientist with a diverse background in wildlife science, tropical ecology, conservation biology, and political ecology. My research applies an integrative approach to the study of social-ecological systems, with a focus on the intersection of socio-cultural identities, livelihoods, and environmental policy in protected area governance and biodiversity conservation. I have conducted field work in India, the United States, Peru, and Papua New Guinea.
